Fit your replacement dishwasher or washing machine.

We help with eligible customer-provided appliance replacements at existing locations, with careful placement, leveling, and compatible existing connections.

Appliance Installation

Fit your replacement dishwasher or washing machine.

Send the old and new appliance models, opening dimensions, and photos of the water, drain, and power connections. A like-for-like replacement must fit the existing space and serviceable hookups without altering the plumbing, electrical supply, or surrounding cabinets.

Existing-location replacements only where the complete job is eligible and no permit is required. No pipe, valve, drain, wiring, circuit, cabinet, or ventilation alterations; no additional electrical load; and no gas connections, water heaters, or unsafe lifting. Connection type and local requirements must be reviewed before accepting hookup work. Every request is subject to small-project eligibility, including total labor and materials, permit requirements, site conditions, and whether a specialty license is required.

Questions homeowners ask

Appliance Installation FAQ

Do you install customer-provided dishwashers and washers?

Yes, for eligible like-for-like replacements. Share both appliance models and photos of the existing hookups before scheduling. Installation depends on compatible connections, local requirements, and the complete job scope.

What if an existing connection needs changing?

Changing piping, valves, drains, wiring, circuits, or ventilation is outside this service. Work stops if the existing connections cannot support an eligible replacement.

Does appliance installation include water heaters?

No. Water-heater replacement has separate permitting and installation requirements, even at the existing location, and is outside this handyman service. Gas-appliance installation is also excluded.

Does every like-for-like replacement qualify?

No. We review the complete job and local requirements before scheduling. We are not CSLB-licensed and only accept eligible minor work requiring no permit, with no employee or helper labor, and a total under $1,000 including labor, materials, and all other project costs. Work cannot be part of a larger project or divided to fit these limits.

How is small-project eligibility confirmed?

We review the complete request, labor and materials, permit needs, site conditions, and specialty-trade requirements before scheduling and again if conditions change on site.
